Buck Creek Township Community Room Information

The Buck Creek Township Community room is a 1600 square foot space located at 5809 West Airport Boulevard Greenfield, Indiana 46140 available for rent in Hancock County, Indiana. Renters will have access to both round & rectangular tables, chairs, small kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove & microwave.  Cork Board strips with push pins are available for any hanging decorations and trash bags and supplies available for clean up. Perfect meeting space as there is a podium & pull down screen for presentations as well. 


Buck Creek Township Community Room Rental:

To reserve the Community Room email [email protected]. A hard copy of the community room application can be found in the foyer of the Trustee’s office. If you would rather drop off a hard copy, feel free to leave the application in the Assistance Application box located in the foyer of the Trustee’s office and we will receive it. The phone contact for the Community Room is 317-353-3570 x 1001 Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 4pm. When calling, please have the name of the person renting, date, type & time of event, email and phone of renter. All renters must be 25 and older.

A six-hour rental is $150.00 which includes 1 hour prior and 1 hour after for clean-up.
A twelve-hour rental is $300.00 which includes 1 hour prior and 1 hour after for clean-up.

Please note: If doing a 1/2 day rental, rental times will be 8am-2pm or 3pm-9pm

Any event professionally catered, involving extensive set-up or décor will be charged a full day rental.

Not-for profit organizations with a 501C status may use the rooms at no charge when reserved.

Buck Creek Township residents will be given a 25% discount with appropriate ID.
Walk around the room and check for any concerns or damages upon arrival and notify us if something is damaged. Event set up and tear down is the responsibility of the renter.

Remove all trash. Trash bags, a broom & dustpan are in the back closet/ dumpster is out back.

Kitchenette is available for use. Full size refrigerator, oven & microwave. Renter is responsible for clean up after event. Leave bathrooms and hallways clean and neat.

15 Round & 12 Rectangle Tables, Chairs all included in rental. Pick up when moving and placing.

Table sizes: The rectangle tables are 6 ft. and the round tables are 5×5.

Tables & chairs must be set up and put away by the renter.

Vending machines available, 3 picnic tables located off of the community room for use.

A pull down screen, television, projector and HDMI cable available for slide presentations etc.

A portable podium is available for any meeting needs.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING hung from the ceilings. NO tape, putty, or command Strips on the walls. Take advantage of our cork board and push pins for wall decorations.

Never stack chairs and leave them outside of storage closet.

No smoking, vaping, or alcohol allowed on premises.
Do not open or close room divider.
All groups must have adult supervision.

All events must be complete and lights off no later than 10 pm.

There are circumstances where Buck Creek Township and The Buck Creek Fire Department will require the Community Room to conduct Township, Department & Hancock County business. When these circumstances arise, they take precedence. Anyone affected will be contacted immediately and fully reimbursed it should interfere with any room reservations.

Due to legal and liability issues, this room will not be leased to any third parties or event companies.
